Due to the international nature of their work, they operate as an integrated team of US lawyers working hand in hand across their London, US, European and other international offices. Applicants should ideally have gained experience within a top tier law firm in London or the US with a highly-rated US securities practice. Excellent written communication and drafting skills will be needed, along with the ability to take on a high degree of responsibility in a fast paced but collegiate and supportive environment.
