Applicants should be US qualified lawyers who have extensive experience in providing high-end advice to clients in major international equity and debt transactions. You'll therefore need to be familiar with advising Foreign Private Issuers, handling listings on the NYSE and Nasdaq, and other US registered transactions; have experience in Rule 144A issuances, as well as high yield products; and be able to service an increasing number of FPI clients, as well as handling PIPEs and SEC registration processes in de-SPAC transactions.
