This leading offshore and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further junior- to mid-level Associate to join their top-flight Trusts & Private Wealth practice on Guernsey. Their lawyers act for an impressive range of major international clients including professional trustees, high net-worth individuals, private banks and financial institutions. Their work covers the full range of high-end trust structures, such as private, corporate, charitable purpose and commercial trusts, foundations and partnerships, alongside more traditional international personal tax and succession planning. With a fully integrated practice, they also represent trustees and beneficiaries in contentious cases and administrative applications. For this role, the team are particularly seeking someone who is offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified, with a developing knowledge and keen interest in the high-end international trusts and private wealth areas.
