Their lawyers act for an impressive range of major international clients including professional trustees, private clients, banks and financial institutions. Their work covers the full range of high-end structures, such as private, corporate, charitable, purpose and commercial trusts, foundations and partnerships, while broader private client and related wills & probate work also features as part of their high-end practice. The team are particularly seeking someone who is offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified, with a strong technical knowledge and understanding of trusts and underlying structures.
