This major UK and international law firm has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious mid- to senior-level Associate to join their busy and thriving TMT practice in Abu Dhabi. Their well-established and highly rated UAE team act for an impressive range of major clients, including multinational corporations, regional and local businesses based in the UAE, Middle East and globally. In Abu Dhabi, they particularly focus on procurers of IT goods and services with the team regularly advising on projects across the GCC region. The role will accordingly entail advising on, drafting and negotiating a broad range of high-end TMT/Commercial contracts including for consulting services, IT products and services, software and data processing (with data privacy); supplier terms, system integration agreements and software licences (often involving cloud and AI solutions); as well as T&Cs for general goods and services, MoUs, NDAs and broader commercial matters. Within an established and thriving practice, you'll play a key role in developing ongoing relationships with an existing client base, while also be actively involved in identifying and pitching for new opportunities. This is a dynamic team where you'll have every opportunity to truly excel and make your mark. You'll can expect early stage responsibility in a highly supportive and collaborative environment, working across a range of areas for the firm's high-end client base and often closely with their other international offices, whilst also supporting the development of more junior team members. Applicants should ideally be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with high-level experience, gained from either a well-recognised TMT law firm or in-house with a major international tech co.
