This leading UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their thriving and market leading TMT team in London. The firm's global practice is broad and deals with all aspects of major technology contracts, outsourcing, and offshoring, information management compliance and data protection, e-business and IT security, telecoms and media. For this particular role, they are especially seeking an individual with strong skills in all aspects of TMT law (including data protection, outsourcing, commercial / technology contracts and commercial telecoms). The role will focus on drafting and negotiating a wide range of documentation across several product areas, including outsourcing agreements, software licence and development agreements, network services arrangements and commercial satellite agreements. Applicants will need to have high-level relevant experience gained within a leading law firm in the UK or Commonwealth along with an excellent academic background.
