This premier UK law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further ambitious Associate to join their thriving high-level Structured Finance & Securitisation practice in London. Their highly rated team assist clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs, centering particularly on big-ticket UK and European finance arrangements secured on a broad range of assets. Applicants should ideally have a background in UK finance, securitisations and/or structured debt capital markets transactions, with experience of drafting complex loan agreements and an understanding of the dynamics of intercreditor agreements; applications are also encouraged from Australasian and South African lawyers with top-level experience in these areas.
