As a key member of a close knit team at the heart of the firm, you will work closely with the head of their team and will have the opportunity to develop your expertise at top level advising a wide range of international clients. Experience is particularly being sought in high-end securities / shareholder litigation, covering areas such as prospectus liability and liability for statements to the market (acting for both claimants and defendants). You will most likely also have experience in major group litigation / class actions, and in working closely with third party litigation funders / ATE insurers. With impressive leadership figures and a recent partner hire adding to an already strong team, this is a practice in the ascendancy.
