Their firm-wide group comprises restructuring and insolvency specialists throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia, who work closely with the firm’s top tier finance and corporate practices on some of the largest and most complex cross-border deals active in the market today. Major creditors, including banks and other financial investors, insolvency practitioners, corporate debtors and their directors/officers rely on the team’s leading expertise, which encompasses debt restructuring and rescheduling, equity capital raising and restructuring, distressed M&A activity, investigation and asset tracing, formal insolvency procedures, contingency planning, distressed creditor and equity investment and trading and debtor advisory work. Applicants will need to have high-level Restructuring/Insolvency experience gained within a leading law firm in the UK or Commonwealth along with an excellent academic background.
