This leading international law firm have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join their market leading ME Real Estate practice in Dubai. Their work involves some of the largest and most complex Real Estate transactions taking place in the Gulf market. Their team advises major clients on a variety of big-ticket UAE and regional investment acquisitions/disposals, joint ventures, development/leasing of large scale mixed-use schemes, hotel/residence structures and agreements, RE finance & structuring, and RE aspects of major corporate transactions. The team advises a broad client base including sovereign wealth funds, institutional international and regional investors, developers, hotel operators and financial institutions, supporting them across the full real estate lifecycle. Applicants will need to be UK / Common Law qualified lawyers, with strong Commercial Real Estate experience, along with a good working knowledge of the Real Estate industry, ideally gained within another major law firm in the Middle East, the UK or Australasia.
