Their well-respected team operates within the wider global real estate platform, acting for a range of stellar clients that include institutional funds, international asset managers, private equity houses, and large corporate occupiers. The scope of their practice is broad and varied, with the role spanning high-level advise on a range of acquisitions and disposals, investment and development, financing, landlord and tenant, corporate real estate and public sector work. They also strongly encourage all of their lawyers to play an active role in every facet of the practice, including their efforts to further build and diversify their high-level client base.
