Their team has a first rate reputation for executing the largest and most complex sector transactions. Acting for major domestic and international clients, they advise on all aspects of commercial real estate including investment, development, restructuring, acquisitions, disposals, corporate occupiers, PPP, corporate support and real estate finance. The wider group also has first-class standalone planning, dispute resolution and construction practices. For this particular role, they are seeking someone with high-level transactional real estate experience, ideally across the investment, development and asset management areas, gained with another major law firm or boutique real estate practice.
