Their team specialise particularly in complex and large scale development and town centre regeneration schemes. They act on behalf of an impressive list of public authorities and major funders, developers and occupiers, on a variety of development projects, including for large scale commercial, retail and leisure premises, and extending to major residential and student accommodation developments. The scope of their practice covers the full range of high-level real estate work in these areas, including as regards site assembly, funding and joint venture agreements, development finance, pre-letting, site acquisition and disposal and overage. The firm are accordingly seeking excellent and proven technical legal skills in the development field, ideally gained within a major London or leading regional real estate practice, along with a dedicated and strong client focus, and drive and enthusiasm for the practice.
