This top US firm's well-established and thriving London Real Estate Finance team has an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious mid-level Associate to join them. Applicants will need to have excellent academics and ideally be working at a top law firm (UK or US) in London, and preferably for bulge bracket lending institutions (on the lender side) and heavyweight opportunity fund/REPE/institutional clients (on the sponsor side). Experience of working closely with US clients and leading counsel in the key offshore jurisdictions (mainly Europe, Lux, CI, Cayman, etc.) would particularly be a plus, as would some experience in working on both UK and European deals (relevant language skills, while beneficial, are not essential for the role).
