This major international law firm's well-established and thriving London Real Estate Finance team has an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join them. Their team has developed a prominent name for advising major international, and particularly Asian, investors in the London real estate market, and as such, they are regularly involved in complex and large-scale financings for acquisitions and refinancings of landmark London properties. Other strong features of their practice include loan origination, the CMBS market (particularly in a pan-European context) and financings of major hospitality, healthcare and corporate head-office properties. Experience of working closely with international clients would therefore particularly be a plus, as would some experience in working on both UK and European deals (relevant language skills, while beneficial, are not essential).
