This highly respected and well-liked national and international UK law firm has two excellent opportunities for junior- and mid-level Associates to join their busy and thriving Private Funds practice in London. Their team acts for fund managers on the full range of their investment funds work, including fund structuring, formation and investment work, with a focus on key sectors including real estate, energy, infrastructure, debt and buy-out funds. They also advise large asset owners on their investments into fund structures and on secondary transactions, as well as having a strong African fund formation and fund investing practice, and a strong focus on the growing areas of impact investments and sustainable finance. To thrive in this position, you'll need to enjoy focusing on the detail of drafting and negotiating high-level documentation and playing a key role in driving major projects forward. Applications from both seasoned funds lawyers, and lawyers with corporate experience and an interest in funds, are both actively encouraged. You'll also need to be attuned to and sensitive to the needs of high-level clients, and enjoy being client facing and contributing to BD.
