This premier UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their market leading Private Funds team in London. The firm's Global Private Funds Practice is a market leader with a particular focus on closed-ended private equity, real estate, and infrastructure and debt funds. Working closely with alternative fund and other asset managers, to establish and operate the full range of alternative private investment funds, they advise throughout the fund life cycle, including on establishment, structuring and marketing, as well as ongoing operational issues, secondary transactions and restructuring mandates. In addition, they also advise investors in such funds, including pension funds, insurance companies, funds-of-funds and many sovereign wealth and other supranational institutions. To thrive in this team, you'll need to enjoy focusing on the detail of drafting and negotiating high-level documentation and playing a key role in driving major projects forward; while also being sensitive to the needs of clients, and enjoy being client facing and participating in BD.
