This leading offshore and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their top-flight Private Client & Trusts practice on Guernsey. Their lawyers act for an impressive range of major international clients including professional trustees, high net-worth individuals, private banks and financial institutions. Their work covers the full range of high-end trust structures, such as private, corporate, charitable purpose and commercial trusts, foundations and partnerships, alongside more traditional international personal tax and succession planning. With a fully integrated practice, they also represent trustees and beneficiaries in contentious cases and administrative applications (although this particular role will focus on non-contentious matters). The team are particularly seeking someone who is offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified, with extensive knowledge and keen interest in the high-end international trusts and private wealth areas.
