This top law firm on Guernsey have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate to join their highly rated Private Client, Trusts & Tax team. Working closely with their market leading contentious practice, their practice includes advice on fiduciary rules, obligations and documentation, family office structurings, foundation establishments and pensions trusts. Within this broad remit, this particular role will focus particularly on the areas of wills, probate, estate planning, trusts and related property issues. The team are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, and priority-driven, with excellent commercial awareness; they particularly seek a team player, who remains positive under pressure and inspires the confidence and respect of others. The position will involve developing and managing your own case load of clients (with appropriate supervision from highly rated partners) and also assisting with the promotion, development and marketing of the practice. Applicants should ideally be offshore or UK qualified lawyers, with knowledge and experience of a range of private client, trust and related work, preferably gained with a recognised offshore or UK private client practice.
