This leading City and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving pensions practice in London. Their highly rated team advises the full range of pensions stakeholders, including major insurers, employers, trustees, intermediaries, Governmental bodies and bidders and sellers on all aspects of pensions law. They provide a full range of legal services in relation to pension schemes, as well as providing specialist input on big-ticket transactions, litigation, restructurings and insolvencies. Applicants should ideally have experience in dealing with a full spectrum of legal issues affecting pension schemes and their key stakeholders. In particular, the team are keen to hear from individuals with experience in bulk annuity transactions. You'll be used to providing first rate legal advice and suggesting practical solutions to clients' problems. Experience within the UK market and a strong academic track record will also be needed. Please note that this role is pure pensions and doesn't extend to generalist employment or remuneration / incentive matters.
