This highly respected and well-liked international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a mid-level Associate to join their busy and thriving IT / IP transactional practice in London. Their work spans an interesting and diverse mix of mandates, with a particular emphasis on reviewing, drafting and negotiating high-level technology and related contracts for a broad and varied international client base. The team are particularly seeking someone who has strong experience in contracts for IT outsourcing and technology services (incl. SaaS solutions and software licensing), commercial IP arrangements, and broader commercial contracts, as well as some experience in commercial/tech due diligence exercises. Some data protection knowledge (for straight-forward data flows) and experience in drafting and negotiating public sector contracts, while not essential, would also be welcome. The team are particularly seeking someone who has strong organizational capabilities and an eye for detail, together with a keen and genuine interest in working for an international law firm in representing an interesting and diverse range of clients (ranging from start-ups to some of the world's most famous global corporations and brands).
