This major UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join their thriving and market leading transactional Intellectual Property practice in London. Working alongside leading London partners in the field, the role presents a superb opportunity to do cutting edge work for an impressive and stellar client list active in this sector of the London market and internationally. The team are particularly seeking someone with high-level experience of, or a keen interest in, licensing within the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. However, the role will entail working on all types of transactions involving intellectual property, with a special emphasis on licensing and collaboration agreements, related commercial arrangements and IP aspects of major M&A deals and investments in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. Broader IP work, particularly across the Financial, Asset Management and TMT sectors will also feature. Applicants will need to be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with high-level IP experience, who are also dynamic and motivated by the challenges of working on high quality and cutting edge matters (a technical background and/or science qualification may be beneficial but is not essential.).
