This leading offshore and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Investment Funds lawyer to join their thriving Luxembourg practice in a Senior Associate level role. Working closely with leading colleagues in other key funds jurisdictions, their growing Luxembourg team is particularly well-versed across the private funds spectrum, including major hedge, private equity and real estate funds, with expertise throughout the fund life cycle. Particular specialisms also involve setting up Luxembourg-Cayman parallel fund structures and advice on regulation. As a key member of this busy international practice, you'll advise on a range of matters, sectors and funds work, including the structuring, establishment and promotion of regulated and unregulated vehicles, their fundraising, carry structures and their relationships with counterparts and service providers, while also assisting with day-to-day operational and regulatory advice for funds and management companies. The team are seeking a collaborative, inclusive and commercially minded person, keen to build effective relationships with clients and international colleagues, and quickly develop their network both internally and externally. Due to the international scope of the practice, fluency in English is essential, while a good command of French, German or Luxembourgish would be a plus.
