This leading offshore and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate, with experience in high level Investment Funds work, to join their thriving team in the Cayman Islands. They are particularly seeking someone with high-level Private and/or Hedge Funds experience and strong academics, who is looking for an exciting and varied, long-term, international career opportunity. Working within a leading and highly rated global team, the role will entail a full remit of top-level work in this area, spanning formations, maintenance, restructurings, secondary transactions, and extending to advice on SPCs and other investment fund structures. Applicants will need to have 3 to 5 years' relevant post-qualifying experience, preferably gained with another leading offshore or onshore law firm, together with a Cayman, UK or Commonwealth legal qualification.
