This highly respected and well-liked City law firm has an excellent opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy and thriving Investment Funds team. Their 5-partner practice spans the entire spectrum of investment management work, from private equity, private debt, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate and hedge funds through to regulated funds (including UCITS). Main areas of focus at the moment are on private equity managers, private debt, institutional asset managers and VC managers. They also do interesting work on hybrid funds (blending closed- and open-ended funds) and for alternatives managers seeking new capital. Operating in a wide variety of fields, they strive for a balanced and varied practice. Clients include a impressive list of major institutional asset managers across private equity, private debt, real estate and other alternative asset classes. To thrive in this team, you'll need to enjoy focusing on the detail of drafting and negotiating high-level documentation and playing a key role in driving major projects forward; while also being sensitive to the needs of clients, and enjoy being client facing and participating in BD activities.
