This major UK and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further junior- to mid-level Associate to join their busy and thriving UAE Private Funds practice in Abu Dhabi. The role will entail working closely with a senior funds specialist in AD, and the firm’s broader international funds network, with the aim of consolidating and expanding an already-diversified stream of high-end investment funds work. As such, the role presents a highly varied and exciting opportunity to be part of a growing practice within a leading international law firm, with a well-established presence in the ME region. Core workstreams will include the representation of leading Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds in connection with their global funds investment programmes, spanning a range of strategies and geographies, and including bespoke funds-of-one/managed accounts, co-investments, structured secondaries and GP stake investments. Applicants will need to UK, Commonwealth or US qualified lawyers, with experience ideally gained within a leading UK or US international private funds practice.
