The firm is one of the out and out leaders in the Cayman offshore funds market, and the role will focus primarily on top level Hedge, Hybrid and Private Equity Fund matters for this particular jurisdiction. The position provides an excellent opportunity to transition from mainland Corporate or Funds to the extremely active area of offshore Funds; or for an offshore Funds lawyer who is keen to advance their career at the very top level in London. Applicants should be UK, Commonwealth or offshore qualified lawyers with high-level Corporate and/or Funds formation and transactional experience (experience of Cayman matters, while welcomed and beneficial, is not essential).
