This major US and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy and thriving top-level International Investigations practice in Dubai. Their highly rated team acts for major multinational companies in a broad range of high-level international regulatory proceedings, spanning corruption and money laundering, to sanctions and export control matters. The group also has particular expertise in addressing the extraterritorial application of US law in relation to corporate and internal investigations, with substantial experience defending companies in enforcement proceedings brought by US government agencies. Applicants should ideally have high-level experience in the investigations area and, if not already based in Dubai, be eager to relocate to an exciting part of the world and to join a dynamic practice led by a leading partner in the region. You will also need be flexible to work across a range of investigation types and be keen to learn. The team also encourage their lawyers to undertake advocacy whenever they can. You will likely also have excellent academic credentials, be ideally US, UK or Commonwealth qualified, and have top-level training/experience gained with a major international law firm.
