This major offshore and international law firm has a fantastic new opportunity for a further Associate to join their growing and market leading Insurance & Reinsurance practice in Bermuda. Their team are widely recognised for their top-level expertise in both international and domestic cases, with their practice centered on high-level contentious insurance and reinsurance litigation and ADR, claims monitoring, and coverage disputes, taking place before the Supreme of Bermuda, the Court of Appeal for Bermuda, and in Bermuda seated and other international arbitrations. On the non-contentious side, the group also provide technical insurance-related advice on insurance contracts, regulation and other insurance-related matters. While within their broad practice, wider contentious work, such as insolvency, creditor and shareholder remedies, and general commercial litigation will also feature occasionally. The team are presently seeking a Solicitor, Barrister or Attorney with excellent academic qualifications, who is admitted to practice in Bermuda, the UK or another Common Law jurisdiction, and has three to six years of broad-ranging and high-level Insurance & Reinsurance experience.
