This premier US and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an Incentives Associate to join their top-flight UK practice in London. They are  particularly seeking a highly motivated and competent individual with a broad incentives practice and a flexible approach. Key elements of the role will include (i) high-level M&A deal support (public, private, joint ventures, reorganizations, complex cross-border, large-scale); (ii) advice to both public and private companies on design, implementation and operation of employee and management incentive and remuneration arrangements (incl. related tax, regulatory, trusts, employment and governance issues); (iii) establishing ‘sweet equity’ PE-style management equity plans; (iv) advice on regulatory remuneration rules; and (v) advising high net worth individuals on their remuneration packages. The firm are therefore seeking someone with broad experience in a diverse range of matters, as well as a flexible mindset and a willingness to expand your practice beyond the typical limits of practice at a traditional English firm. You'll especially need to be a confident drafter, including of corporate documents required to implement a PE-style management equity plan; agile and able to juggle multiple short and long-term matters concurrently; able to coordinate large scale cross-border transactions with colleagues in other offices and local counsel; and able to run aspects of a deal autonomously and to mentor/supervise juniors on the team. Don't miss this exceptional US firm opportunity.  Please apply now for details!
