This highly respected and well-liked international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate or Counsel to join their busy and thriving Fund Finance practice in London. Their highly rated team operates as a fully integrated global practice acting for banks, funds, asset managers, corporates and governments on some of the most complex, challenging and innovative transactions worldwide. To thrive in this role, you'll need to enjoy focusing on the detail of drafting and negotiating high-level deal documentation and playing a key role in driving major projects forward; while also being sensitive to client needs, and enjoy being client facing and involved in BD.
