This top US and international law firm are extremely well-established in London across numerous core practice areas and have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate to join their busy and thriving Financial Services / Funds team. Their high-level practice offers general exposure to the investment funds and financial services sectors, advising a full range of investor types including major private equity and infrastructure funds, alternative capital providers and real estate investment trusts. The quality of work is absolutely first-rate, as is the caliber of their lawyers. Of the relevant areas mentioned, funds/investment management-related regulatory experience will be most essential, covering AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID and PRIIPs, while other Financial Services-related or Corporate experience which is not pure Regulatory will also be of value, especially in Funds establishment and documentation. You'll work closely with key partners of this busy team, assisting with large-scale matters, and running your own mid- and smaller-scale mandates, with a wealth of opportunity to further grow and develop your top-level expertise and practice.
