Their team has an impressive client-base of major UK and international clients, and their broad practice encompasses a full and varied range of top-level work within this area. This spans a diversity of FCA regulatory work (incl. in commodities, energy, fintech and investment management); advising banking clients on set up in the UK and Europe; advising corporates and FS clients on ESG, Brexit and Covid-related matters; and advising on derivatives regulation and, increasingly, cryptocurrency and blockchain. To thrive in this position, you'll need to enjoy focusing on the detail of FSR regulation and associated advice within a broad-ranging top-level City practice, and in playing a key role in assisting clients in developing and delivering on major projects.
