This leading offshore and international law firm have a superb opportunity for a 5+pqe Barrister (or Solicitor with Advocacy experience) to join their highly rated Dispute Resolution practice in the BVI in a Counsel- or Partner-level position. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be providing a full range of litigation services to major international clients - both supporting the partners and taking lead responsibility as appropriate - for cases involving a variety of high-value and complex international commercial litigation, shareholder dispute and insolvency matters, from urgent interim relief applications and injunctions through to commercial trials. You will also be assisting in all facets of the practice, including in business development as you work closely with the team to build relationships with clients and actively promote the firm's international profile. Applicants will need to be BVI or UK qualified lawyers, with a broad range of high-end Dispute Resolution and Insolvency experience, combined with strong academic credentials.
