As a crucial part of the firm's leading global Insurance practice, their integrated CS & DP team is involved in a broad mix of top-level work in this area, acting for major corporates and insurers on cyber incidents, data breaches and associated regulatory and litigation mandates. Typical work within the practice may therefore include leading complex incident response mandates, providing strategic coverage and claims advice under cyber policies, advising on data protection compliance, breach notifications and regulatory engagement across the region, and handling/supervising data subject claims and related disputes. Applicants should ideally have a strong track record in cyber security, data privacy, insurance or litigation, along with UK, Australasian or other Common Law legal experience and qualifications. This is a dynamic firm and practice, where you'll play a crucial role, taking responsibility for leading on projects, developing and leading client relationships, contributing to the team's BD plans, focusing on sector activity, and supporting the growth of more junior team members.
