This leading offshore and international law firm is actively seeking a further Associate to join their thriving and market leading Corporate & Funds practice on Jersey. The position will entail a broad array of top-level work, with a particular focus on advising on the formation, ongoing legal and regulatory compliance, restructuring and termination of different types of investment funds, as well as other offshore investment vehicles and entity types. Clients include major international investment managers and sponsors, and you'll be regularly acting alongside the Magic/Silver circle and other top international law firms. Applicants will need to have high-level relevant Funds and/or Corporate experience, ideally gained within a major offshore, UK or Commonwealth law firm.
