Their team undertake a varied and often complex caseload, working closely with other departments across the firm, and advising on the full range of UK taxes. Clients include an impressive list of major UK and international corporations, entrepreneurs, management teams, pension funds and charities, as well as UK housing providers and local authorities. You'll therefore be involved in an interesting and diverse range of transactional, advisory and structuring work, which may typically include large and complex corporate, banking and real estate mandates, in relation to corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, withholding taxes, VAT, SDLT, stamp duty and the construction industry scheme.
