Salary from £100,000 - £120,000 + Bonus & Benefits
This major City and international law firm have an excellent opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving and highly rated Corporate Tax practice in London. Their team undertake a varied and often complex caseload, working closely with other departments across the firm, and advising on the full range of UK taxes. You'll therefore be involved in an interesting and diverse range of transactional, advisory and structuring work, which may typically include M&A, reorganisations and demergers; real estate matters (incl. corporate RE deals and property fund structures); fund IPOs and secondary fund raisings; private equity deals; corporate, leasing and asset finance; and tax disputes. Given the breadth of work, you’ll develop to advise confidently on all of the main direct taxes, VAT, SDLT and stamp duties. The team are looking for someone who has a keen interest in expanding their knowledge, is willing to learn and enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment to provide exceptional client service.
