This leading US and international law firm are actively seeking a further Associate to join their thriving, top-level UK Corporate Tax practice in London. The firm's highly rated international tax group provides large multinational corporations, publicly traded and private companies, investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, partnerships, joint ventures and startups with state-of-the-art tax advice. Their close and ongoing work with clients allows them to detect tax concerns early and to devise innovative and practical solutions for the best possible outcomes. By virtue of a diverse client base, they have developed deep capabilities in a variety of sub-specialties, including cross-border practice, litigation and administration representation, investment funds and general corporate tax advice. The role will entail working closely with leading tax partners in London, as well as with colleagues in their top-ranked European, US and other international practices. Applicants will need to have experience in a top tier corporate tax practice, with exposure to advising on cross-border transactions and/or advisory mandates.
