A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate lawyer to join this well liked, mid-tier City and international law firm in a PSL capacity within their thriving London Corporate team. Their practice handles high-end work for successful and ambitious businesses and business leaders across a variety of markets, ranging from private equity houses, secondary funds and banks, to major UK and international corporations, family offices and entrepreneurs. Their team operates in all fields but is best known for their private equity and M&A capabilities, while also involved in high-end mandates in venture capital, private M&A, corporate finance (incl. equity capital markets), partnerships/LLPs, corporate governance, joint ventures, reorganisations/restructurings, and general corporate advisory work. Working closely with their lawyers and other PSLs within the firm, the position will cover a full range of typical support-related activities, encompassing knowledge management, precedents, training and marketing for the team. Applicants will need to have high-level experience gained with a well-recognised UK Corporate practice. Prior PSL experience, while beneficial, is not essential.
