Salary from £110,000 - £130,000 per annum + Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced UK Corporate M&A lawyer to join this leading US law firm in a PSL capacity within their large and well-established London office. Their London Corporate M&A team handles work for a range of major global clients, spanning asset management firms (incl. major sovereign wealth funds), financial institutions and mining/natural resource companies, advising on a full and varied range of top-level M&A work in this area. With a burgeoning practice in emerging markets of the Middle East, India, Africa and Russia, the firm is also able to leverage its international network of offices to advise on a range of multi-jurisdiction transactions. Working closely with their lawyers and other PSLs within the firm, this position will cover a full range of typical support-related activities, encompassing knowledge management, precedents, training and marketing for the team. Applicants will need to have high-level experience gained with a well-recognised London M&A practice. Experience of Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets would also be welcomed.
