This premier offshore law firm has two excellent new opportunities for an ambitious Associate and Senior Associate to join their market leading Corporate team on Guernsey. Their practice, one of the largest in the offshore legal market, is a cornerstone of their top-level international offering, with broad expertise across the full Corporate deal spectrum, and including restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures and statutory mergers, spanning major domestic and multi-jurisdictional on- and offshore deals. Strong academics and high quality experience are essential, as well as a desire to get involved in a variety of matters (extending also into Banking and Investments Funds mandates).
