This major UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving and Corporate practice in Dubai. The position will entail handling a variety of high-level work, including complex and big-ticket M&A and joint venture transactions, for clients including public and private corporations, investment banks, financial institutions, governments and international bodies, across the Middle Eastern region. Their team also offer a strong equity capital markets capability and Saudi deal expertise, while prominent sectors for them include TMT, defence, energy, real estate and healthcare. Applicants will therefore need first class legal ability, coupled with a practical commercial approach (with a track record in taking responsibility for and manage deals); excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; and enjoy being part of a friendly outgoing team. You will also need a UK or Commonwealth legal qualification and consistently strong results throughout your academic history.
