This leading offshore law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their top-flight Corporate transactional practice in the Cayman Islands. Applicants will need to be UK, Commonwealth or Offshore qualified lawyers, with a minimum of five years' PQE gained within a mainstream high-level Corporate role. The position will entail undertaking a broad and varied transactional caseload, often acting for major UK and internationally listed entities, and spanning private and public M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, and specialist shareholder advice. You'll be working closely with other members of the team and reporting to their group leader in the Caymans.
