This particular role falls within the private side of their full-service UK Corporate offering. As such, the position will entail a variety of work across this field, to include advising on private company acquisitions and disposals (share and business/asset deals); private equity deals (for both PE funds and management teams), joint ventures (involving private companies and LLPs); company reorganisations; and a variety of general corporate matters (incl. share buy-backs, distributions and corporate governance). The role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join this successful and growing team to work closely with their highly-rated partners.
