Their top-level team is particularly noted for their cross-border private M&A, corporate restructuring and joint venture expertise, particularly within the international financial services sphere, while also having an impressive and expanding downstream private equity practice. The position will accordingly entail a broad array of top-level transactional and advisory work across these areas, with a particular emphasis on major cross-border FS sector deals, and regularly acting alongside the Magic/Silver circle and other top international law firms. Applicants will need to have broad and high-level relevant Corporate law experience, ideally gained within a major offshore, UK or Commonwealth law firm.
