This top ME regional law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate or Senior Associate to join their thriving Corporate practice in Muscat, Oman. Working closely with their lawyers across the Gulf region, you'll be assisting Partners in Muscat on a range of Corporate matters for a variety of impressive clients. Work will include M&A (both private and public), private equity transactions, joint ventures, re-organisations, corporate governance advice and general commercial contract drafting. You'll be working on some of the most high profile transactions in Oman, as well as playing an active role in their ongoing business and practice development. Ideally, you'll have experience of managing a team of more junior lawyers and of leading on major transactions. Their team are seeking someone with high-level experience (ideally gained with an international law firm in the Middle East, UK or Commonwealth) combined with a strong career path and academic background.
