This highly rated law firm on Guernsey have an excellent new opportunity for a mid- to senior-level Associate to join their thriving Corporate practice. This particular position will focus on mainstream Corporate work, covering an interesting array of high-level M&A, Equity Capital Markets and General Corporate Advisory matters, while some Commercial, Banking/Finance, Funds and Regulatory work will also feature. Their practice is diverse across a number of sectors, however, with a natural bias towards Offshore Financial Services. Most of their deals are cross border in some way, often working alongside the Magic/Silver circle and other leading international law firms. Applicants will need to have suitable experience within a highly regarded Offshore, UK or Commonwealth Corporate practice along with strong academic credentials.
