They are ideally seeking someone who has broad-ranging, high-level experience within the areas of M&A, Private Equity and/or Equity Capital Markets, ideally gained within a top UK or US law firm in London. Their impressive team is consistently ranked as a leading Corporate practice in London for complex and cross-border transactions, regularly acting opposite the Magic Circle and other leading US-headquartered law firms in the London market.
