The role will focus particularly on premium-level public and private M&A and Private Equity work. It will involve top-level involvement in big-ticket transactions for a stellar client list including major international and local corporations, investment banks, financial institutions, governments and international bodies, across the Middle Eastern region. Applicants will therefore need first class legal ability, coupled with a practical commercial approach, with a track record in taking responsibility for and managing deals; along with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; and enjoy being part of a friendly and outgoing team. You will also need a UK or Commonwealth legal qualification backed up by first rate academic credentials.
